Homeowners who contact Harvardconclusion Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Harvardconclusion Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges, or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include talking to the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
